A space where materials are shaped through precise movements, with particular
attention paid to details and finishes.

The artistic direction, instilled by Frédéric Beausoleil, inspires and guides the work of our team of young designers.
Once imagined, some frames take shape within the Atelier.

Manufacturing

Following the success of his first collections, Frédéric Beausoleil expanded his own manufacturing capacity in Nantes in 1990 with the creation of MB Production. This Atelier allowed him to extend his approach to eyewear on a larger scale, while maintaining a meticulous focus on material craftsmanship and finishing touches.

The gesture in the service of the material

Working on a frame requires time, precision, and in-depth knowledge of the material. Cutting, shaping, assembling, and polishing all contribute gradually to the transformation of the material.

For certain cut acetate frames, manufacturing can thus require several dozen operations. These are all stages where manual skill and attention to detail remain essential.

Depending on the models, materials, and techniques required for their manufacture, the Maison relies on various areas of expertise in France, Japan, and China.
